Gentle Angkor Tour with Kids

Upon arrival in Siem Reap, you will be greeted by our guide and transferred to your hotel by car. Enjoy the rest of the day at your pace.

After breakfast, board your tuk tuk and head off toward the Angkor Temple Complex. Begin your day at the South Gate of Angkor Thom, and then explore the centerpiece of this ancient city, the Bayon with its 54 towers decorated with more than 200 enigmatically smiling stone faces. Afterwards you will visit Ta Prohm Temple, made famous by the movie Tomb Raider. For an additional thrill, try riding an elephant in Angkor Thom. Enjoy your afternoon at leisure until 4:30 pm. After walking arount the temples all morning, you will now explore other pleasures. A visit to Senteurs d’Angkor workshop will give you the opportunity to learn about the production of local spices, tea, coffee, pepper as well as traditional soaps. Wonderful aromas await you: spices, tea, coffee, cashew nuts, lotus flowers, coconut oil, honey, rice alcohol and more are displayed for your pleasure.

In the morning, head off to the legendary Angkor Wat - best preserved of all the Angkor temples. With its massive three-tiered pyramid crowned by five lotus-like towers rising 65 meters from ground level, Angkor Wat is the centerpiece of any visit to the temples of Angkor, a breathtaking monument worth a thorough exploration before heading back to the hotel. The afternoon is free until 4:30 PM. Board your Quad Bike for a unique adventure. See the less explored side of Siem Reap away from Angkor Wat and the Bayon. Set off in the late afternoon through 12kms of countryside surrounding Siem Reap to watch a beautiful sunset over the rice fields.
