How to Pay

Credit Cards

Viet Expert Travel accepts all payment by credit card including VISA, MARTERCARD. Please follow our payment instruction below:

• The authorization letter, please fill out with all information of card holder, signed and send a scan back to us by email at: info@vietexperttravel.com or fax to us at: +84 24 3795 5910.
• Credit Card: Please scan or take photograph of both sides of the credit card
• Passport: Please scan or take photograph of the first page (with identify and photo) of the card holder.

Once you have all above information ready, please send all these to info@vietexperttravel.com or fax to us at:+84 24 3795 5910.

Please note that all your payment will be appeared under name of Viet Expert Travel. Once the payment is made, our sales consultant will send you a receipt by email to confirm that the payment has been made and necessary documents of your trip including voucher, E – tickets will be sent to you by email.

Bank Transfer

Bank transfer is one of our most secure transactions with the lowest fees (covered by you). Please note our bank details as below:

Please take some notes when making payment by bank transfer to our account:

• Please always have your names on the transfer sheet when you make the transfer.
• After you have made the transfer, please send us a copy of bank receipt to follow with our bank. When the remittent reach our account, we will start to lock in services. The normal process for the remittent to reach our account is about 2 to 3 working days.

Cash payment

In case you would like to pay Viet Expert Travel by cash, this should be made direct to our sales consultant. We will then give you a receipt under name Viet Expert Travel with our stamp, signature and Viet Expert Travel logo on it.
